Not Only Supporting The Child. Preparing Society To Include The Child.
Imagine an ordinary day: a classroom, a playground, a bus stop, a market, a neighbourhood celebration. These places should not be extraordinary privileges for a child with a disability. They are part of life.
Three Circles Of Change
The child: respect communication, interests, privacy and chosen participation. The family: offer information, peer connection, access and meaningful support. The community: help people practise accessibility, reasonable accommodation and welcoming behaviour.
What We Want To Test In Hyderabad
Practical awareness sessions with interested schools, community halls, recreation groups and everyday venues; accessible materials; dialogue through stories and theatre; and follow-up on the changes each participating institution makes. Potential reach and venue numbers will be published only after a defined baseline and approved plan.
A Reason To Participate
Inclusion isn’t only a service provided by an NGO. It is a decision made by teachers, children, neighbours, employers and all of us. A helpful action today may become the new normal tomorrow.
