SHAKTI SANKALP™ is MANSHAIL MISSION’s founding capability programme. Its first target is simple in form and serious in execution: work with 100 unique women and document an individual next step for each participating woman, subject to eligibility, funding and practical delivery.
Who It Is Designed For
Women facing educational, livelihood, digital-access or participation barriers; artisans and aspiring workers; mothers and caregivers who need flexible pathways; and women from underserved urban, peri-urban and rural communities. Participation is based on programme criteria, informed consent and actual local needs.
What A Next Step Can Mean
Completing a recognised learning module. Building a portfolio. Using digital tools independently. Accessing an appropriate health or entitlement referral. Developing confidence in a chosen skill. Connecting with a suitable livelihood opportunity. These are examples, not promised outcomes.
How We Work
Understand the person → agree on a realistic goal → provide training or support → make an appropriate connection → verify the change and follow up. We do not count a one-day attendance as employment, an online view as direct help, or a referral as a completed service. Our programme measures these things separately.
Founding Implementation
Hyderabad and adjoining Telangana communities are proposed as the initial geography. Women, caregiver and child participation targets belong to programme plans and are not presented as achieved. The programme may grow only as evidence, staffing, safeguarding and funding permit.
