Our approach

We are building an organisation whose programmes can be understood, evaluated and improved. We will publish independently documented fieldwork and distinguish verified achievements from plans.

Present Status — October 2026

Registered institution: Incorporated 15 September 2026 as a Section 8 nonprofit; CIN and licence shown below. Founding flagship: SHAKTI SANKALP™ — proposed 100 unique women’s measurable next steps. Founding geography: Hyderabad and surrounding Telangana communities. Community work: Seva, health and children’s activities reported by leadership; event-level documentation pending publication verification. Grant proposals: ACT and SheScale are concepts/requests, not awards or announced funding. Tax/CSR status: Current issued orders and eligibility certifications will be published only after validation; an application acknowledgement does not constitute approval.

How We Measure

Activities: camps, workshops, Seva drives and awareness sessions actually completed. Participation: unique people enrolled, session attendances and repeat participation kept separate. Outputs: completed modules, education sessions, lawful referrals and material distributions. Outcomes: demonstrated capability, verified follow-through, optional self-reported experience and real changes in participation. Integrity: consent, qualified partners, transparent finance, case escalation and timely corrections.

Disclosures To Publish As Available

Incorporation certificate and Section 8 licence (redacted appropriately), current Board particulars after approval, issued tax recognition orders, CSR-1 if ever granted, governance policy summary, annual financial statements after sign-off, annual/activity reports, grievances channel and corrections register.

Do Not Misread Our Numbers

Our first-100 pledge is a target. It is not a count of 100 women already employed. A camp attendance figure is not a clinical outcome. A referred child is not automatically a completed therapy beneficiary. A potential partner is not a confirmed institutional collaborator.
