Our approach
Confidence is not a certificate. It is what a woman can do next. Training matters when it meets lived reality: time, transport, caregiving, affordability, language and market access. MANSHAIL seeks to build flexible, practical pathways from skill to independent choice.
Programme Elements
Learn a useful skill. Tailoring, handicrafts, presentation and communication, digital basics, financial awareness and other locally validated vocational options. Build a portfolio. Demonstrate a completed work sample or digital portfolio when appropriate. Explore opportunities. Support responsible referrals to SHGs, employers, training institutions, exhibitions and permitted market-linkage opportunities. Measure movement. Attendance, practical competency, referral follow-through and any verified livelihood outcome are recorded separately.
Who Can Enquire
Women considering a learning pathway, women returning to paid work, mothers seeking flexible participation, local groups interested in skills workshops and mentors offering relevant expertise.
